  • I have been in some lousy hotels, but this one is by far one of the worst. If I could give 0 stars I would. Started with a smoke filled lobby-it wreaked the minute you walked in. I mentioned that to the gentleman working at the front desk, and he said he didn't notice...-1 star and we aren't checked in. I booked a 2 Queen bed room, and had a dog with me-so right away I'm not getting 2 queen beds, I'm staying on the ground floor and the non-smoking room was in a hall of smoke filled rooms. -1 star The first room he let me go look at wreaked of cigarettes was a non-smoking room but there were ash trays in it?! -1 star We asked for another room which seemed better at first but was still smoke filled-we even put a towel over the crack under the door. We were supposed to stay two nights here but not a chance. Went to pack up and leave and the patio door was impossible to open. Not to mention there were no toiletries or toilet paper in the room. -1 Never again. Don't bother-the Delta is up the street and only $20 more.
