I'm really sad to write this review. I don't like writing bad reviews.
My friend and I stopped by here to eat last night and it was very disappointing. Our waitress was great; very friendly so no problems with service, it was just the food.
I got the pulled pork nachos and my friend got a sandwich and sweet potato fries. She enjoyed her dish, so that's awesome! My nachos were bland, the homemade cheese sauce, while decently tasty, was a liquid at the bottom of the dish and the pork just tasted like boiled pulled pork. The guac tasted kind of like olives but was also bland. I added salt and pepper, didn't help much. I also got the fries and a side of the lemon-garlic aoli which was also bland. The fries were fine; cooked well and I got a big pile of them.
I also ordered an old fashioned and maybe it's my fault for not specifying what kind of liquor, but it was made with whiskey and I couldn't drink it. To the bartenders credit, she remade it without asking and it was better but I still couldn't finish it. They did comp the drink though, which was thoughtful and I tipped extra for it.
Overall, I don't think I'd come back.
