  • I am beyond ecstatic in my 8 days training with Elvira. In such a short period of time I am excite to share that I have lost 5.5lbs, dropped 7.1 in body fat, and about 1.5lbs of new muscle. Besides my own commitment to myself to get into a healthy lifestyle, Elvira dedication to my goals have been outstanding. My weight loss goals is her #1 priority, she is always checking up on me via email or text, she keeps me accountable, she challenges me to my furthest potential and all of it with my passion and joy. One of the reason I sought her out was due to the incredible transformation she has accomplished with her other clients. I'm currently going thru the hiring process to become a Custom Border Patrol Office, and one of the steps is to pass a Fitness Exam, which happens to be coming up in early April. I went from doing a 1/2 of push up to now completing 12 in just 8 days.
