  • I took my car to Walmart for an oil change - this was an oil change after a previous oil change at Centennial Toyota. I took it to Walmart for a variety of reasons - one being a very negative experience with Centennial Toyota in the past. The oil cup was placed on my car in such a way that it broke when the Walmart techs were taking it off. The manager at Centennial Toyota said to me, "you are no longer a customer of Toyota because you are at Walmart, there is nothing I can do for you." I am appalled by this. I was then called by a customer service representative or proceeded to tell me she could have someone come and get my car in a tow truck and I could trade in my car for a new one the next day. I'm still so frustrated with the poor customer service. If I could give negative five stars, I would.
