  • I highly recommend Dr. Vaughn!! I broke my toe on vacation out of the country and was diagnosed and treated incorrectly by a clinic. Four weeks later and not healing right, I saw a foot Dr. Who's name we will leave out, who treated me with really insensitive manners, rude and unprofessional. Not to mention made my injury actually worse because he didn't listen or believe what I was experiencing! So I searched for a second Doctor. From the first contact with his pleasant and helpful staff, to Dr. Vaughn actually shaking my hand, greeting me by name and smiling, I knew It was going to be different. He took his time listening, examining me, showing me the X-ray and finally I knew why I'm not healed yet. He was compassionate and gentle, and not once did I feel rushed like I was bothering him, or couldn't ask questions as I did at other practice. I can't really do much more than stay off and ice as 6 weeks out, but I feel a lot more peace of mind knowing more about my condition and that I'm in very capable hands!! If it doesn't heal right, I won't hesitate to use Dr. Vaughn for surgery. I wish more doctors would remember you are treating a real person with feelings, stressed, wanting to get better, and a little professional kindness goes a long way. Thank you Dr. Vaughn and team!!!
