| - 2 years and about 60,000 miles ago I went to soulless to get some work done. Very typical stage 2 + E85 installs and tune. I was a bit skeptical at first as the shop had literally just opened, new dyno, and was pretty disorganized (likely because they appeared to already be expanding and moving into a bigger place next door). Regardless, I dropped my car off and came back later in the day, hung around the shop for a while. It was a bit late in the day when they started the tuning and ran into an issue with the car. My knowledge in these areas is limited, but rather than continue he stopped everything and proceeded to call other people and ask if they've run into anything like this, mind you at this time it was approaching 10 oclock. He told me it was probably unwise to continue and to come back the next day. I returned the next day, they ran some diagnostic stuff, did a compression test, and other miscellaneous stuff trying to determine if everything was structurally sound and only then did he proceed to continue with the tune. In the end everything turned out great and the car still runs almost like it did 2 years and 60k ago. In the end they spent a great deal of time diagnosing the "gremlin" issue my car was having, explained everything along the way, and taught me a few things along the way. The simple fact that they took so much time, didn't rush it to get the job done, and seemed just as frustrated as I was earned a return customer when a rebuild/upgrade is time.
