This "hotel" has next to zero hospitality. I walked in to rent a room for a night due to my trip being delayed from my airlines delaying then cancelling a flight. I was immediately denied a room and informed there were no vacancies. I then watched several different people go in and get rooms and heard them ask for a room with no reservations. I was then told (as I'm trying to find a reservation my roommate in fact made for me) to leave the lobby and that if the manager had come in while I was there I would be in trouble. I was told that the lobby was for guests, there was no loitering. I then finally had been able to make a new reservation with the 13 open king and 7 double queen bedrooms available online. So I was just lied to and informed falsely of the no vacancies. I then went to get my room and then informed my ID was not proper identification and I couldn't get the room. The front desk clerk then called the manager at my request who came up to the desk and looked at my ID, after cutting me off trying to inform him of the horrible customer service that his assistant manager had given me and another gentleman he called up and harassed about his guest. I witnessed not only my own horrible experience but that of two others as well. I was horribly mistreated and discriminated against due to my sexuality and it was made clear when my roommate who is also gay called and was immediately shot down and basically told to screw off. The rooms were nice but I would rather sleep with the bedbugs and know I'm not going to be verbally assaulted, offended and cut down. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone at all.
