  • First of all... I want to let this be known this was probably the worst time I have had at a shop. I own a 2002 Subaru WRX and 90% of the work on there is either mine or my team. It was Sunday morning and I usually go to a different shop but the alignment couldn't wait. I called and spoke to a man named Angel from this location and he had perfect customer service. That was the main reason I decided to go to this location.... Sadly I regret ever coming here. I have been going to Tire Works for years with my other vehicles(different location) and thought I would receive the same customer service. I was wrong.... Tell me why it took over 2 hours for an alignment. I went in at 11:00 am and left around 1:30 pm and he explained he thought it was front wheel drive and had to redo it. Alignment is based on all 4 tires no matter what the situation is. Besides the fact I waited almost 3 hours long for something can be done under 45 minutes... the mechanic came to me and said we have a issue. There is no oil in this vehicle and your belts are ripping... Along with the battery is dead. He said more but I don't feel like retyping up the quote he gave me. First off! Why were you in my engine? Alignment is ONLY bottom & doesn't requires hood to be opened up. I don't trust non local shops for this exact reason... once home I checked all items he explained and nothing was wrong. No cracked belts ext. Yes I had low oil but it wasn't empty as he explained it. I know Subaru's and I know this car... for someone to tell me that this vehicle is not safe to drive and say they didn't know a WRX is AWD and thought it was FWD is very upsetting. Angel from this shop was the only reason I didn't get upset. Lastly... out of all of this and the MAIN reason why I decided to make a review... I drove my car 30 feet and found out my alignment was still off. My steering wheel is not aligned and is facing 20 degrees to the left. For those that don't know anything about alignment.. 20 degrees means when I'm driving and have the steering wheel facing straight my vehicle will go straight into a wall on the right side. Yes it comes with a warranty but you would think I'm crazy to come back to this location to touch my vehicle. I do NOT recommend this location of Tire Works. If you see my previous reviews on past Yelp locations I am very easy going but when it comes FLAT4 and cars... This Tires Works will no longer receive my business nor all Flat4(Subaru Community) members either.
