rev:text	Absolutely hate this dealership - Not only the finance manager misrepresented facts, and using controversial sales tactics - it has been 2 months since i have cancelled my Extended Vehicle Protection, and my credit union nor I have not received a refund. $3,300 in limbo - paying interest on this. Stephanie who handles this cancellations is not as responsive, and Johnny Martinez the General Manager is never there. I do not blame Stephanie as she is just a accountant rep, but the managers do get the full blame. The check sitting there waiting for signatures from managers for weeks. To add to this, my car was not properly registered, I had to take time to go to the DMV and fix their mistake and pay more out of pocket. I work about 55 hours a week, and taking time off my busy schedule to fix their mistakes is completely unprofessional. I am not sure why I am getting treated like this, maybe because I called out their misconduct with Jeep when they sent that survey? I do not know. One thing is for sure, I will be moving forward and contacting the military's legal department if I do not get a refund soon. If they just took, 5 minutes - just 5, to call me back rather it is good news or bad - "Hey Asael - Just calling you back.. (this and this happened)." I would not take time to write bad reviews - It is my money after all, why can't I be looped in? If they took that same drive and focus when they sold me this car- and copied it and applied it on how to handle customers, they would not have bad reviews.
