| - I had the absolute worst experience with this location. FYI the store manager's name is "Matt". The shortest version is that a store associate did not order a product for me through my Verizon account, and cleared out shipping information in another person's account, then had me input my shipping information. My debit card was charged $171, and I was promised overnight shipping, with the fee waived because the store was out of stock. Not surprisingly, the product never arrived overnight... even three days later it had not arrived. What happened was that the product was sent to the other account's address, the customer refused the shipment, and the product was sent back. So, the outcome is that first, I do not have the promised product, two, it was not in said time, and three they could not send me the product overnight again as promised originally. They wanted me to pay again for a replacement, while the original payment was already deducted from my bank account. In addition, the refund *should* be returned to my bank account in five days. They did not want to give me any compensation for the experience. They would not give me the information of the district manager. The overall experience of this I would be described as unprofessional, especially since the inept employee Emmanuel took SIX hours to even track the product with the order number, etc. Their business is poorly operated, and have zero excuse for being this incompetent. I hope that the district manager sees this review and takes severe corrective action towards the manager, and employees of this store.
