  • This is without a doubt, as stated by my fellow yelpers, the worst dme company in existence. They screw over disabled and disadvantaged people. I received a medical device from them several months ago in which I had to jump through a million hoops to get and they were a nightmare to deal with. Completely incompetent. I should have just went through another company. I authorized an $8 copay charge at the time of delivery. Fast forward 4 or so months, they charge my credit card for over $70 and I haven't even spoken to them since that day. Just decided to take money out of my account. They are a completely fraudulent organization and deserve to be shut down. I had to dispute this item through my credit card provider and change card numbers. Nothing like kicking a person while you're down. Apria "dumbass" health care, may you rot in hell, if I could give you a lower rating, I would do so in a heartbeat. This company is lower than pond scum.
