  • If I could put zero stars I would. I had a part that needed replacing on my sub woofer. I was told it would take FOUR days. After not being contacted for two weeks, I called and the owner and he said he had to order an additional part, and now I'm looking at another 3 days and a $15 charge. After another week, still no call, so I called and was told with his snappy attitude that he won't order the part until he has the ability to order in bulk. Another two weeks go by, still no word so I call yet again and he basically yells at me saying "calm down lady it is done." My boyfriend goes to pick it up and he charges him almost $47, not the $15 I consented to. Bring it home, not only was it put together wrong, it was never tested to see if all parts were functioning properly, and in fact is in WORSE condition than when we brought it in in the first place! The owner is not only unprofessional and rude, but lacks any and all business/ customer service skills. I don't know if I have ever been more disrespected or dissatisfied. I feel like he took advantage of us and scams people for time and money! Do NOT use this place. Literally go anywhere else, or at least some place where the staff treats paying customers appropriately. What a joke of a business and inconvenience for us!
