  • Wasted time. Took 3 weeks to book a facial, Unfortunately forgot to bring my certificate so I asked the receptionist to locate it from the account of whom gave me the certificate. Took 20 mins to find out they can't while the other receptionist has done it before so I figured I did not need to bring it this time. So I wanted to pay for it., they collect upfront before the facial service., I had only cash but they do not accept cash. 1 and half hour and gas of my day wasted! worst part is they had attitude including the esthethician who was going to do my facial.
