rev:text	Dave represented my case and he went above and beyond what I had expected. While there were discrepancies in my stop, I knew it was going to be hard to fight in court, especially in Gilbert where I was pulled over. I had told Dave I didn't care if I was charged with the initial Extreme DUI, I just didn't want to serve jail time because I was terrified of spending time in tent city. He advised he would try his best but couldn't guarantee anything since Gilbert is one of the toughest cities in AZ to fight DUI charges. I saw my initial plea go from 10 days in jail, down to 5 and finally down to 1 which I told Dave I would accept since I knew trial was too risky. On the day of my pre-trial, he knew how stressed and panicky I was about serving that 1 day in jail that he was able to get the prosecutor to agree to 24 hours of community service rather than jail. He was able to get my charge dropped to almost nothing which I never imagined would happen! The judge was even impressed with how low Dave had gotten my original plea down to. Out of all the cases I heard that day, mine was the only one where the judge advised that I was very, very lucky to have a lawyer representing me to get a case like mine dropped down to that level.
