Canceled my cable TV the other day and was asked to return the cable box and remote. Why is there a 30min wait to drop off equipment and "get a receipt"? There's 2 employees standing around waiting to open the front door with another employee writing down names and watching the cooking channel?
It perfectly sums up the level of customer service Cox delivers. Here's what I don't mind waiting for....the day when Cox doesn't have a monopoly on internet here in Vegas. I would cancel that as well and move to a different company, fast.
