  • It took over 3 weeks to get my air conditioning fixed. During this three weeks the Temps were over 106 degrees. They came out and really didn't want to listen to the way the unit was working and said nothing was wrong. So the same day it started blowing hot air instead of cool again. I took several days for them to come back out. Then they didn't have the part. Another few days. Then I caught them lying. They are not ideal. If our air goes out again I will not have this company come out. It never should have taken 25 days to fix an air conditioning unit. Even though it was a busy time for them 25 days without air in the summer in Las Vegas is totally unacceptable.
