  • I tried this place cause it had the best reviews in the NW area. I called to get a couples massage for his bday. We Arrived 20 mins early to make sure we didn't have to fill out any paperwork. We went back at 230 and my masseuse ask all the usually questions. I noticed he wasn't asked the same. During the massage I noticed he wasn't getting the same treatment as me. After the massage he told me she didn't massage his arms, hands, neck. Basically nothing was done. I felt bad because mine was good and it was his bday and he didn't receive the same. We told the receptionist about the experience and she apologized about the subpar service.
