  • Updated - After the original mishap, Doug reached out & blew me away!! Not only did he apologize & take responsibility, but he went above & beyond to make it up to me by working around my schedule. He also provided exceptional customer service during the measurement & all follow up communications. Original - Was optimistic upon visiting the showroom. Looking forward to the possibility that I found a great fit for my project. Unfortunately, I had a measurement/estimate scheduled for this morning & no one showed up. Not even a courtesy call.
