rev:text	AHS sent this company my way...I would have been better off buying a new range. Was happy at first that they had evening hours. The technician came out and diagnosed my oven. Was told I needed an igniter (both top and bottom oven). A week later, tech came back replaced the parts and then told me that my main board needed repairs ( the entire time he was on the phone with someone speaking a foreign language-not sure what language). He removed it and then was going to leave. I had no oven and now no stove top. Made him come in and hook up the cook top. Finally over a week went by and the part was ready to be installed. Set up an evening appointment and the tech never showed. Then, I called the office the next morning and they apologized and set up an appointment for tonight - 3 days later!! I had the techs # from when he called the first time. So, being that he never showed on Tuesday, I called to be sure he was going to show up. He said I was not on the schedule. I have been without my oven for almost a month. Before I called for service I had an oven...it just took an hour to preheat. Now I have no oven at all. The technician couldn't care less. He was more concerned with chatting on his phone than doing his job. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
