  • I have a 06 Road King that suddenly shut down while riding. No lights on the console, head lights, starting nothing and the battery was good. I haven't bought a service manual yet so I called several bike service shops for some quick advice because I'm broke down on the road. Nothing they suggested helped me to identify the problem so I called the Bike Smith. Scott called me back and in a few minutes on the phone helped me identify the problem. Following his instructions and a quick run to Auto Zone I made the repairs. The bike started right up and it's been running great! Scott really knew his stuff but more importantly knows how to communicate. He even ran through how to perform a electrical system check using my multi meter when I got home. I'll definitely use Scott for any service work that I need in the future, thank's Scott! Brett
