  • Lance who is the owner is extremely helpful and professional. I sent several requests out and Lance was the first to respond by email as I had ask and followed up with a call. He arrived on time and inspected my dryer vent. Here is real shocker he said it wasn't clogged. A honest service guy! That is unheard of today! No charge, not even for his drive time! He shook my hand and said to please refer him to others. No need to call anyone else this Guy ROCKS!!
