So, I made reservations a week early for a small SUV. When I arrived for pick-up they tell me I qualify for a "free upgrade" which really means they didn't have the car I reserved but they did have one of a more expensive category. I wonder to myself - why bother making a reservation to begin with? Anyways, I get a minivan instead of a Jeep Liberty I saw online. This minivan leaked oil in my garage by the way, but served its purpose of driving around visiting family. The staff was nice and offered drop off service. Total cost was almost twice the vehicle rental rate once you throw in taxes, insurance and other fees - no big surprise to me but after not getting the car I wanted I started noticing all the little things. I wasn't 100% satisfied with the whole experience but fault did not lie with the staff there just the nature of the business I guess. Oh, they close early on Saturdays and are closed Sundays, so if you need to turn your rental in those days consider dropping off at the airport vs. paying extra days.
My real complaints here are with the way rental car companies work. But the great and friendly staff at this location give this rating an extra star!
