  • I do love the Ghost Armor product, but the customer service is absolutely the worst. I went to the kiosk on a Friday to find out if they had the full body protector for the iPhone 5S. The girl at the kiosk couldn't really be bothered to answer my questions and her best estimate for restock was later that day at some point. Fine. So I tried again the next day. This time a guy was working and he was even worse than the girl. I could not get a decent answer out of him for pretty much anything. He was pretty much useless. He also left customers standing there, unspoken to, while he put screen protectors on. No "I can help you in a minute", or "I'll just be a sec" just blatantly ignoring us with his back to us. I get that this is a mall kiosk but do we really have to scrape the bottom of the barrel for employees? I'll take my phone to a different stand next time.
