  • I also wish I could rate this company with no stars. They are by far the worst company I have ever been in contact with. We were assigned to work with company via our home warranty service. They came out to repair our dishwasher that was leaking, our microwave (turntable was not turning and light lamp were not working) and our ice maker in the freezer was not coming out of the dispensary. They came out and fixed the appliances and was unable to replace the ice maker component due to now having the part (which, they showed up without any parts on them as it was and we had to have all the parts to the appliances delivered to us and have them back). This took place on 10/12 with the technician being DJ. The following I received a call from the British lady saying she was having issues tracking down the part for our freezer. I sent her a text picture of the item number and have never heard back from her. As of today, I have left numerous voice mails over the past few days and have sent emails asking that someone call me. I have not heard one word from them. I called my home warranty service company and told them I wanted to fire this company. With much success, they have been fired from our job and I will not allow them to come back. I am very disappointed with this company and would tell anyone to stay clear of them.
