I am really irritated with Schwan's for a simple customer service problem . I have been a customer for six months. I've placed big orders every two weeks... last order was about $180. My current catalog I am ordering from is from the spring...many of the items are no longer there. I need a NEW catalog. I called Schwan's to ask for a new one. The rep said I could only get a new one if I placed an order with her. I told her I JUST placed a $180 order. She said she was sorry. Absolute craziness not to give a top customer a new catalog so they could order MORE product!
