  • Stayed here while my mother was having some tests done at Cleveland Clinic. The proximity to the medical campus can't be beat and there is a shuttle service if you need it. Do not let the name fool you - this is an Embassy Suites through and through. The rooms are spacious but they are dated and basic. Nothing "intercontinental" about them. The rooms come with 2 DOUBLE (not queen) beds and a pull out couch. The double beds sleep ONE comfortably and the pull out beds are TERRIBLE. If you have more than 2 people, get an additional room. The check-in process was slow and our room was not ready at 3 pm. Lots of activity behind the office door when the room was not available. The staff was very friendly. If we have to come back, we won't stay here.
