  • So within an hour of my review, I received a call from the district manager John. Not only did he refund me the money for the part, he had the entire repair done for free!!! This is about $1200 worth the parts and repair! I got a call from the shop a few hours after I dropped off my car, and in addition to the leak in my evaporator core, they found ANOTHER leak in my condenser, and they replaced that part for free too!!! These guys really went out of their way to make sure I was happy, now this is TRUE customer service!
