  • Why isn't zero stars an option? I purchased a TV and an extended warranty from Dell. After a year and a half, the TV went out. I called Dell and they kept telling me the warranty I purchased was through another company. Only after speaking to a supervisor was I informed that it was in fact through them and I was told how to make a claim. This was after 3 weeks of negotiations with Dell and the TV manufacturer (who was much more helpful). After finally being told the TV was broken, I was given a gift card as a refund... to Dell. The company I will never order from again. Now I have a gift card for a company that I refuse to use. Super useful. Oh, and my dad had 2 hard drives from Dell go out within 6 months of purchase. Their product quality and customer service as about as rock bottom as they can be. I hope.
