  • I usually come here for any hardware issues with Rogers. Usually the lineup can be ridiculous so I would avoid peak hours. I came last week to exchange my box and it was actually the fastest visit I've ever had. The two people at the counter were really young and very funny. Being a pervious Rogers employee, I know how hard it can be to still have your personality survive a long day. No hassle and everything was working perfectly. Dealing with cell phones there I find frustrating and can be information overload with all these exceptionalties that they never seem to mention up front which has caused problems in the past. However this experience with my digital box was great Esp because it was a promotional box being offered. And if you do have to wait in line, go to Lamanna's or starbucks for some fuel
