  • I used this company in Oct 2015 for repairs with my a/c unit leaking. This company is referred by American Home Shield. Air Squad completed the repair and added feron to my unit. I was told my unit needed 8lbs of freon. I didn't contest it not really understanding where I could find that information to verify the amount. I paid the amount $480.00 for the services that were supposedly done. Over the weekend, I had my a/c service and the company that came out explain went the a/c panel. I advised him the unit had feron put in there last Oct and the amount Air Squad claim they put in there. The other company explains my unit only takes 5lbs and 8ozs. The company serviced the unit in Oct 2015 quoted me the wrong amount and you can't put more than what's allowed. Please review ANY COMPANY COMING TO YOUR HOME FOR REPAIRS. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. MAJOR RIP OFF. PLEASE CONTACT CHANNEL 13 ABOUT HIS MATTER. MY COMPLAINT WILL GO TO THEM. ITS SUMMER TIME AND IM PRETTY SURE THEY'RE GOING TO RIP OTHERS CONSUMERS OFF.
