  • I have gone to the MasterCuts five times but I will not return. The first two times went well and I was happy with the cut and color. The third time I went for my appointment with Lisa and was told she took the day off and they couldn't call me because they didn't have my contact information. They were able to work me in with Savannah. Savannah did well so I scheduled my next hair cut with her and made sure she had all my contact information. When I went in for that appointment I was told that Savannah didn't come in for another hour and a half. They asked who I had scheduled the appointment through and I told them it was Savannah. I was told that they could work me in with Allen. I was fine with Allen and scheduled my next haircut with him. Today I went in for my appointment with Allen and was told he had a car accident yesterday and was not in today. I was told they couldn't contact me because they didn't have my contact information. I am sorry Allen was in an accident and couldn't be there. Had I been contacted, I would have rescheduled but to be told they didn't have my contact information AGAIN, I walked out. I will not return!
