So I didn't even get the chance to explain to "Magenta" that the insurance of the car that hit my car was out-of-state and they said I could pick any shop I wanted. I called and before listening, she said "we don't work with that insurance" and I get that but her tone wasn't nice. She did try to explain but wouldn't let me explain anything. And she did try to explain it to me. But I don't think she understood where I was coming from or what I was trying to convey. I ended up just hanging up because we couldn't communicate effectively. I'm not angry, just disappointed.
