The pros: the front desk (Robert K., Ashley) restaurant and housekeeping staff were all helpful and friendly. Excellent location for walking to activities, shopping and dining. Excellent breakfast buffett. Extremely comfortable bed. Cons that I got fixed: no fridge in room so I asked and they brought a fridge and microwave. Remote and coffee pot broke, but we're quickly replaced. Internet didn't work the first night, but was fixed (by Robert K.) the next morning. Cons I couldn't fix: they charge $9.95 a night for Internet if you want anything over 512k, seems greedy to me. The hot tub is extremely hot and the pool is cold, so no one uses it. The water pressure is terrible, filling a tub would take 30 minutes. Only one usable electrical outlet in bedroom, bring an extension cord. They charge $24 a night to valet park, and $15 to self park, but we didn't have a car. So really it's three stars for the hotel and five stars for the hotel staff.
