  • Overall I did not have a great experience with Lilian Hee-Karstadt, I wouldn't recommend but I wouldn't not recommend. I was transferred to Lilian from my old agent, and I was not given the choice, which in and of itself is fine. I received a welcome letter explaining who she was and why she was taking over. Also fine. There was no interruption of service and things went on as usual. The issue I have with Lilian is I cannot hear or understand her over the phone. I called to get motorcycle insurance and I spent more time asking her to speak up then we did talking prices. She did tell me she is soft spoken, but it was incredibly frustrating. In the end I moved to TD, better rates and better speaking volumes.
