I was in Cleveland for work and they booked me here because it is literally across the street from where I was working. I have no idea how much it was a night, but I'm sure because it was a Hyatt, it was pretty pricey.
The hotel is build into the historic Arcade. That was kind of cool. There were gilded adornments and it was just kind of neat. I was on the 4th floor so I had natural light through the windows unlike some other Yelpers who were on lower floors.
The room was really big and really clean. The layout was a little odd when you walk in because it seems like it was a converted store front or something in it's heyday, but it was ok.
The place caters to business travelers. This must be because it's in Downtown. All that was there was men and women in suits and dresses and such. I felt a little out of place because I was there to setup computer equipment which was going to involve crawling around on the floor and climbing ladders.
The area that this is in is DEAD after hours except for the East 4th section right across the street that has a ton of restaurants and a few clubs and a bowling alley. I needed to go to a drugstore and the CVS closed at 7. A lot of other places were closed too. Dead I tell you!
Overall it was fine, but for the price, you would probably be better off down the street at the Holiday Inn Express. However, if work is paying for it, stay here.
