  • Bought a new 2012 Kia Sedona here in late September. We were told we qualified for a certain loan for the purchase. Several days later we had to go back because they said we didn't qualify and that the new payment would of course be more money. Then we had to go back a few days later to sign papers for something that they missed. It has been about 3 weeks since we bought the Sedona and they still haven't paid off our trade in. Service was good before the sale, but once the papers were signed they don't return phone calls and requests for information even after leaving multiple voice mails (they won't take the calls either, the calls go straight to voice mail). I'd rather pay a little more elsewhere and get treated better after the sale. I wouldn't go back here again, nor would I recommend this dealer.
