I honestly don't know how this place gets such great reviews. I tried for a good 4 weeks to find a class that I could make it to that had an opening (apparently they book over 2 weeks out a lot of times unless you want to go at 5am-which I don't). When I finally found a class that I could make it to I tried signing up online and I kept getting an error message and it wouldn't allow me to book. So I called to see if there were still openings so I could come to class and the woman on the phone who I'm almost positive was the owner was SO rude and unprofessional. The second I started talking she cut me off completely and wouldn't even let me speak, she would not sign me up for class even though I already had created an account. She told me I had to sign up online otherwise I could not come but then she wouldn't even let me explain to her what was happening when I tried to sign up. I even told her that I felt she was being very rude to me when all I was trying to do was come into class and give her business and she agreed that she was being rude and told me that she had a sore throat and is sick of people calling with the same question over and over again- maybe you should get a better scheduling system if everyone is having issues.. just a thought. Don't take it out on your customers. She then tried to back track and told me I could come in. I went and gave it a shot but honestly the damage was already done. It was a very bad first impression and between never being able to get in and my interaction with her I am completely turned off from this place. I would not recommend it to anyone unless you want to be treated like a total idiot. This owner badly needs to learn about tact and customer service.
