  • My initial experience with this flooring company is they had good prices and the rep was gracious in a discount when we were doing several rooms but things turned the 2nd time around when the sales rep decided to not show one day for an estimate and then was very late the next day and wasn't apologetic at all. I called the owner Scott and he immediately made me feel appreciated as a customer by basically right then jumping in his car and coming straight to my house to give me a GREAT deal as he wanted to show how sorry he was. I am very thankful for Scott the owner for his amazing customer service. So I do recommend working with Scott and their front desk employee (Michelle or heather?? Can't remember her name but she was extremely nice as well). And the carpet turned out great once installed so I definitely do recommend them.
