  • I have been coming to this location of The Ten Spot for at least a year now and have nothing but great things about all the services I have had. The staff are always friendly, professional and accommodating - people are quick and efficient but never make you feel rushed. They also do their best to find time for add-on services too which is fantastic for people like me who decide on things like pedicures at the last minute. I 100% recommend Larissa for the Brazilly - quick, painless (which is saying a lot as I am pretty sensitive) and perfect every time. The Netflix, which you can control, helps keep you distracted too! Larissa, much like all the other staff, is also great with other services too. Love my gel manicure! They also offer a simple bar menu consisting of things like wine, coffee and Baileys or cider which is a nice treat. It perfect for when you are with friends, entertaining clients, or just want to have a relaxed experience on a Saturday afternoon. My only complaint is that their threader only comes in once a month on Saturdays. I love being to have the option of having that done any time I came in. I was informed by Brittanie (who gave me an awesome pedi btw!) that they offer plucking & shaping for those sensitive to hot wax on their face. Just another way they go above and beyond their accommodate their customers!
