  • Worst car retail I ever experienced. Started at the Charlotte retail location, the agent whispered doing the entire check in, had to lean over the counter to even try to hear her. I ask her several times to speak up but that just annoyed her. Service sucked. Car was dirty and the inside windshield spotted with what looked like someone sneezed on it. The car key battery died (I replaced it). The front end was our of line. Upon returning the car the person checking me in basically told me to take a hike. Bottom line DON'T EVER RENT A CAR FROM ADVANTAGE. Worst car retail experience I ever had. Bad service and they don't care about their cars or customers.
