  • Zero communication. I get that you're slammed (slammed for this McAlister's is like two to-go orders waiting) but if you don't even acknowledge I'm there, I don't know if I need to let you know... Also, the to-go girl took our and didn't even look to see if our food was ready so we had to take it upon ourselves to figure it out and ask for it. Ridiculous. We will only be coming when the day shift manage is working from now on. He's got his stuff together unlike the ladies working tonight.
