  • Place is a complete rip-off. Brought in a very simple necklace that was missing a loop for a magnetic clasp. The dismissive clerk behind the counter had the audacity to tell me it would be $30 to fix, it would have taken all of five seconds. Lousy customer service, outrageous pricing, and don't really care about engaging a potential customer. Oh and by the way the jewelry shop around the corner fixed it for free. While I appreciate the response from management my reviews stands. This was a very simple necklace requiring a very simple fix.
