  • I bought a new battery last February from this store. Recently my car died so I brought it to a repair shop and was told the battery needed replacement. Came to this store and the (unhelpful) gentleman ran and test with the battery still in the car and told me the battery was fine and that it was the alternator. No other options were offered. Took it back to the repair shop who said it was definitely the battery. Went to the o'reilley on 7th and Bethany home and Sue was much more helpful, actually took the battery out of the car to run a test and it came back as needing replacement 2 minutes later. I will not be coming to this store again but would highly recommend the one on 7th!
