Got a dealfind voucher as a present. Emailed to make appt, so far so good. I knew I was out of area, the voucher said $2/mile outside of area. fine. Anjile writes and says it will be $3. I tell her the voucher says two, she says that was a mistake. I say you should have proofread it before you approved it, and should now honor it until you can get it fixed, she disagrees and has no intention of doing so. It's not the money, it's the principle of it, and the atrocious customer service. So I say she can either honor the voucher, or I can request a refund and review on yelp. She tells me "Yelp the experience have a great day." Yelp it is. I guess she figured one more "1 star" review wasn't going to do anything. Stay away from this person who has no idea how to treat a new customer. As Kathy J said, I would give her zero stars if I could. How she keeps getting business with all these one stars is beyond me.
