Worst experience I have ever had with any "professional" business. I had paid for the reservation in full including insurance and when I went to pick up the car I was told that because I was using a debit card my credit score didn't qualify me to take the vehicle. This was said very loudly in the lobby with other customers (there was a long line due to the single person on staff); quite embarrassing and now I am running late. When I called to cancel and get refunded, I was told I was going to be charged for canceling and the refund was going to take 10-14 days!! Literally, after talking to 10 different people (managers and various departments) this issue was still not resolved. I've been waiting for an e-mail confirmation of the cancellation for over 3 hours, I'm still going to have to wait anywhere from the quoted 3-14 days to be refunded, and I've had to cancel my trip. Information that customer service representatives gave was inconsistent and it was like they were trained how not to help people. Disgraceful - This company is a joke!
