  • I like it here, not much drama. Most are rented by couples with families, my son enjoys the park and pool. For a mobile home park it is extremely clean and quiet. I do not think you will find one in mesa this clean or quiet for the price. I also like that the management is not in your business but they know your name..They let you pay half rent if you dont have the entire amount with out fees (which is hard to come across in AZ) I found everyone at the office to be extremely helpful. I have never had an issue with them being rude, they always give my son ice cream or a balloon. I love this place and will continue to live here, the only bummer is the extra amenities that I can not use because I rent, but I think that the trade offs are even :)
