"Gateway Chevy is in the business of partial repairs at the cost of their customers. They only look for a quick repair that costs customers more in the long-run. Do not service your car here." This comment is from a old google review and still to this day is the best way to describe my only 3 experiences with Gateway. I have had 3 oil changes and each time my girlfriend and I have taken our car in for service. I get the car back as a death trap. The mass airflow sensor is unplugged and the crossover from the intake manifold is hanging by a thread. Or none of the electrical works and the lights turn off on me while I'm driving. I finally talked to the GM Eric, not sure on last name. Instead of making it right, he insisted that I trade it in. If you go into this dealership, I would recommend to avoid the service department. If you do go in for a trade or to purchase a new car get the paperwork for the best price they will give you and get Sands Chevrolet to counter offer for you. This place is a joke.
