  • Beware!! The employees are scammers here. I guess the get paid off application fees. I applied a week ago and was told I had a high chance of getting the apartment. I told the employees here I'm new to Vegas and starting my new career so I don't have any work experience in this state. After they had me pay for an application fee and a holding fee, they told me I couldn't get the apartment because I had no renters experience. This was a discussion I had with Angie on the first day I applied. Instead of wasting my time she could have had asked her manager and this could have avoided all issues.
