  • I went there for a haircut today, for the first time. I have a curly hair so it usually takes hairdressers a long time to give me a haircut, and so far I met only a few who did it very well. The hairdresser I usually go to is on vacation, and lives very far away from me. This gem however is just steps away from my home, and I decided to give it a try. The hairdresser, Bruna, that took care of me was very professional, polite, and did an awesome job very fast. Her hands were very gentle to my hair both when she washed my head, and when she did the actual cutting. Awesome experience, steps from Yonge & Sheppard. I highly recommend Bruna and To-Nino Hair Design. UPD: I went there again to the same hairdresser and unfortunately it was a mistake. The hairdresser listened to what I asked for, looked at the photos, said she understood then proceeded to doing something completely different. Then when I looked at the mirror, she said that she didn't understand and cut my hair very short (instead of the original request for round, layered bob). Sigh. That misunderstanding is very sad.
