  • As said in the other review. Crappy customer service. Yes, I slightly rubbed a pole with my rental and reported it when i came back, but the clerk went out of his way to try to make it a much bigger deal than it was. When we called their Discount Corporate claims department, that dept. was prepared to just waive such a minor scuff on the vehicle but the clerk got upset with his own company that they would think of letting it go. He pretty much forced his corp to go ahead with such a minor claim. Will never use this location again. I've rented plenty of vehicles both for personal and business use and this was the worst experience.
